The Role-Based Access Control feature in Wonderchat allows workspace owners to manage who has access to each chatbot and what actions they can perform.
Owners can invite team members, assign roles, and change permissions directly within the dashboard.
Each role comes with a specific level of access:
Owner – Full control over the chatbot and its settings, including managing members, billing, and integrations.
Admin – Can edit the chatbot’s content, configurations, integrations, and view analytics. Admins can also manage members (except the Owner).
Member – Can view chatbot performance, transcripts, and analytics, but cannot modify configurations or manage team permissions.
This ensures that every team has the right balance of collaboration and security, keeping sensitive chatbot configurations under the right level of control.
