Prepare your number:
The number must not be in use with WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business.
Delete your WhatsApp account or disable two-step verification if it was linked to Meta Business.
Preferably use a new number for this integration.
In Wonderchat Dashboard, go to Integrations > WhatsApp and click Connect.
Sign in to your Meta account, and grant permissions.
Connect to your chosen phone number, ensuring it’s not already in use.
Once connected, your chatbot will be live on WhatsApp.
Note: Only the bot can use this number. For human support, configure the bot to refer users to a different WhatsApp number.
This setup lets your customers receive fast, automated support directly on WhatsApp, while preserving your team’s time for complex queries.
