In Wonderchat, make sure you have an AI agent created.
Under the Integrations tab, connect to “Microsoft 365 Dynamics"
Login to microsoft 365 dynamics to enable authorization
Upon authorization, you will be able to sync leads collected from Wonderchat into Microsoft 365 dynamics.
